• Currently he holds a academic post of Senior Assistant Professor in the institute of Surgical Gastroenterology and Gloncology, Rajiv Gandhi government general hospital & Madras medical college, with M.ch surgical Trainees under his tutorship. Formerly he worked as Assistant Professor in the department of Minimal access surgery & in the department of Surgical oncology and trained many young laparoscopic surgeons.
• He is Proficient in advanced laparoscopic procedures and laparoscopic cancer surgeries.
• He has a vast Experience in the field of Gastroenterology & performed more than thousands of advanced laparoscopic procedures successfully.
• Had presented many papers and articles in international and national journals.
• He is a member of Royal college of surgeons of Edinburgh., Association of Surgeons of India, AMASI, AWR, ARIS
• Awarded Fellowship in Minimal access surgery, Gastroeintesinal endosurgery, Advanced laparoscopic surgery, Robotic and innovative Surgery.
